A report is created for each application that the software processes, listing the applicant's details, the course the applicant is applying for, the minimum criteria for the course, and the result of the eligibility assessment

1. The administrator enters the applicant's information into the program and requests the program to assess the application for eligibility

2. The program compares the information with a set of minimum criteria given for the course the applicant has applied for

3. The administrator requests the program to generate a report of the assessment's results

4. The program generates the report and automatically saves it to the Successful or the Unsuccessful subfolders within the course folder
